Don't buy , not at all reccomended
Don't buy guys for iphone it produces very low loudness sound . There is no noise cancellation in this. Cheap and bad product from boya.

My old mic performed way better
Absolutely not expected at this price. I earlier was using a rs700 mic since around a year and thought of upgrading it but when I tried this one, trust me my old mic performed way better in terms of noise reduction. My place is surrounded with highway and hence I really needed this feature along for traffic noise cancellation along with good sound quality. But after comparing i found my old mic much much better. I am attaching the results here for the background noise and you can check it for yourself.

Don't forget to unplug receiver for playbackl!
Super easy to charge and set up. When I first tried recording videos on my iPhone, there was no sound during playback. I thought maybe the microphone didn't work. Then I unplugged the receiver from the lightning port on the iPhone, and voila, problem solved! So, if you can't hear the audio, and you're as technically challenged as I am, don't forget to remove the receiver ;p I'm no audiophile but the sound quality seems pretty good to me. Plenty good enough for my purposes. It's a shame it doesn't come with some kind of case. The mic and receiver would eventually get trashed just floating around in my bag. I'm going to have to go online and buy something to store them in.

Excellent Noise Reduction
I make outdoor videos for social media and often had heavy wind or traffic sounds in the background from my iPhone. Since I got this mic, it's perfect! I no longer have to wait for a truck to pass or find a spot out of the wind. It has very consistent sound quality, and the noise reduction option works so well! My videos sound professional now and don't need any sound editing anymore. It's so easy to use as well—just plug it into my iPhone and turn the mic on. It's rechargeable and has a good battery life (I haven't had it die on me).
