Poorly designed.
The curling iron works as it should. I have had no problems with the heat setting or the handle. However, why on earth do they have the clamp only go part of the way up the barrel. There is a good inch plus of the barrel that is hot that the clamp does not touch. This means I’ve got a hot barrel that has nothing to clamp over it. Stupid design and it’s too late for me to return it, but I’m looking for a different product that is designed a little bit more carefully. The larger size in this particular brand is fine;, the clamp goes all the way up the barrel. I have one and I like it but the small one is stupidly designed.
