The vanilla scent keeps flies away
The vanilla (yellow) trees keep flies away!!! I have no idea how or why, but it works. I tried in the most difficult spot first- chicken coop. No flies. Then I hung one in the garage and sunroom! Very happy with the results!

Great While They Last
These smell amazing. I love the scent. They are fairly powerful, keep that in mind. However, they do not last very long. There is a bit of a faint smell of them still, and I have used them for about a week. The strong smell, and even like a moderate(?) level smell, lasts a combined two maybe three days. The main thing that made me give it 4 instead of 3 stars is that there is still a faint smell of them in my car. That is nice that they haven't died out entirely yet.
