I purchased 2 of this item and it cost me a total of £17.58, quality of product is not to standard and neither did I receive the 2 items I purchased. I have received 1 of the item and they are not even correct sized for what the item was purchased for 😡

Doesn’t fit
Unfortunately the pump doesn’t fit the Wella bottle I purchased it for, which has a wider neck.

You cannot get these pumps changed . I still had mine in original unopened packaging and they would not refund me 😔

The pump was suggested when I ordered 1000ml bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but doesn't fit the bottles, so useless.

Double checked connections but a lot of effort is needed to just get a drop out. Not fit for purpose.

Very poor customer service, avoid at all costs.Bought the pump for a 1L Wella shampoo bought last week.I pointed this out to the seller and was advised the pump was changed around 12 months ago and when I buy my next shampoo, the pump will fit…avoid avoid avoidI would rate this no stars but there’s no option.
