Love this icemaker. It makes the slushy kind of ice not great big cubes not small cubes. This makes that slushy kind of ice. Easy to chew on. I also like the fact that it’s not like a normal countertop ice machine where you have to constantly empty the ice out, this one is like a refrigerator ice machine you set your cup underneath it you push the button and the ice comes out in your cup. It does not take up very much space on the counter about the size of maybe a coffee machine. It makes ice very fast. I would not say it’s very loud, the only real noise is when the auger comes on that moves the ice up to the spout that drops it in your cup. It’s got a really good size water tank to continue making ice as you use the ice. It also has a function where the auger rotates a couple of times so that way it doesn’t freeze as a clump. It has been a very reliable machine through several parties.

It really works good we use it a lot little ice cubes and the only water I put in it is from Sparkletts water. The ice cubes taste good without kind of water. There’s no hard water in it so I recommend to use filtered water. and it’s really quiet when it runs makes ice really quick and the size is really small. It kind of fits anywhere.

This ice maker produced a good amount of ice nuggets with less noise than our previous nugget ice maker. We enjoyed the design of the machine including the pull out water reservoir and the sensor-activated light. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working after about 2 1/2 months. The machine lost its ability to pump water from the reservoir. We requested a replacement unit or a refund. Customer service responded promptly and offered to refund the purchase price via Paypal. Despite the Paypal fee, this was a reasonable offer to make things right for us. I would recommend this Seller.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other buyers should be aware of my experience. The ice maker stopped working while still under the manufacturer's warranty. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the unit with white vinegar, draining and rinsing the system multiple times, and repeating the process as instructed. The machine still does not produce ice. I contacted the manufacturer several times by email and phone. Unfortunately, I only received the same generic troubleshooting instructions over and over, even after explaining that I had already completed those steps. One phone number only goes to voicemail, and another never reaches a live representative. I have now contacted the seller through Amazon and am still waiting for a response. The product worked for less than a year, but my biggest disappointment has been the lack of warranty support. A warranty is only valuable if the company stands behind it when something goes wrong. I hope the seller or manufacturer resolves this issue, and if they do, I will gladly update my review.

First the good. Amazing ice! Soft and fluffy, especially if you use distilled water! The bad. It leaks! Had to buy a drainage tray. It’s loud! I have to turn it off at night or it wakes us up. To accommodate these two issues I’ve learned how much we’ll use in a day and fill the tank with just enough water each morning to get through the day. Definitely a little cumbersome. But all being said the ice is perfect which is my primary concern, so only knocking off one star for the inconveniences.

Works well and easy to use. Can be a little noisey when the ice is being made but not a deal breaker.

Love how convenient this is. Ice is perfectly sized and makes a good amount quickly. Just wish the holding tank for the ice was bigger. We run out of ice before everyone in the family can put some in their cup. Still 100% worth it though.

This is the damned cutestinest thing ever. Makes ice really quickly. Ice cubes are super cute conical shape and cool down water very well based on the design of the ice cube shape. Took less than 30 minutes to get up and running. They’re perfect for office and home use. Chewability? Perfect. No hurting your teeth. I prefer the large ice size. After I was in the hospital for sepsis, all I wanted was ice water and regular ice. This was here after I got home from my stay and this saved my life because so tasty and cold. My ice maker and I have bonded now, because the way the robot scoops out the ice at the end is the icing in the cake. It’s really endearing. 100/10 would recommend. Idk about durability, I just got it today. Her name is Darlene, like from Roseanne, because she’s cold as ice 😂
