***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Emailed to see if there was anything that could be done to fix the issue and all they said was you boight it from Amazon so if you want ask for a refund. They didn't even try to help, jist blew me off. Bluetooth constantly loses connection. Touchpad very finicky. Cursor jumps around even with different pressure applied to touchpad and if it does decide to respond have to press hard to get left click and other times light touch.

I love it; it was an excellent deal for the price (around $17), has a very solid build and nice, comfortable key typing action. Would have preferred the dark color version since it can get dirty easily, but that wasn't available at the time at that price range — though they did have it for double the price. Luckily, I value substance and quality (and affordability) over artifice, so the choice was a no-brainer.It is especially convenient being able to switch easily and instantly between 2 different bluetooth-paired computers or devices, which — if mobile — you could even place side by side in the handy stand area at the top of the keyboard (though it can gather dust/dirt inside the slot really easily so keep a can of pressurized air around to keep it clean) and that it manages to satisfactorily perform the function of a full-sized keyboard plus numpad, and even includes a trackpad as well. It could use some kind of on/off power indicator, since it will seem to shut itself off or go into hibernation on its own volition (I'm sure it's probably just a power-saving feature) and becomes unresponsive and at first you aren't sure if your device crashed/froze, if it needs to be plugged in to recharge, or if you just need to hold down the button and turn it on again after which it works fine.My only serious complaint is that the trackpad is rather lousy: it's too small and confined, not very responsive, too jumpy and laggy. So much that it is virtually impossible to select and drag anything — so spare yourself the wasted effort and hairpulling frustration of trying to resize any windows, drag & drop more than a single selection, drag & drop anything more than 2 pixels away, or pretty much any other mouse or touchpad movement/gesture that would even remotely require some degree of precision or location accuracy onscreen (that the pointer moves where it is expected to move, and that taps/clicks are simultaneously realized in the correct time and quantity). It can still be used for 2 finger scrolling and very brief simple movements around the screen, but for anything else, a corresponding wireless mouse or touchpad would save a lot of frustration.

I am finding using my electronics with these tiny hunt and peck keyboards are causing significant physical side effects! I got this to allow me to be more ergonomic while using my electronics. I HAD 3 Emergency room visits before I realized this is PART of the problem. So much better to use a detached keyboard I don't look down at all the time.

Product wouldn't power on after own it for three weeks. I would not recommend this product.
