SpencoWomen's Cross Strap Sandal

I’ve had a lot of hit and miss with shoes on Amazon, but these are winners. They remind me of Vionic sandals and flip flops if you’re familiar with that brand. They run wide. I’m typically a 6.5-7W depending on the brand and these fit perfectly. The foot bed has arch support and a suede-like feel. The strap over the toes and the strap around the back are both Velcro adjustable. I’m about to see how they hold up to a shift on my feet at work. I will report back.Update: I’ve worn them for three six hour shifts now and I’m very happy with them. After the first shift my feet did hurt and I was disappointed, but thought since I had been wearing ballet flats that I might need to break them in and adjust to the arch supports. After the second and third shifts my feet felt great and my bad ankle was less sore than usual. I actually work in a shoe store with a fairly generous discount, but I prefer these to most of our sandals. I think the thing that really makes them work for me are the adjustable straps. One foot is bigger than the other, but I can adjust each sandal to fit perfectly. Very affordable for the high quality.Update 2: These are still holding up really well. They’re still incredibly comfortable and supportive. I do have one complaint... they make my feet smell! I wear Sanuks, Sperrys, ballet flats and several other shoes and flip flops meant to be worn sans socks and none of them have ever smelled, but these do. I’m not sure what is causing this, and I’m going to try to remove the odor somehow because I love them, but it’s bad. I still recommend as it may just be me, I do wear them working on my feet for up to 10 hours at a time. I hope I can make them wearable again because I had planned to buy the other color too.

I absolutely love Spenco! I have frequent foot pain and there are only a few brands that I can walk in all day. Spenco is one of them. These fit perfectly and provide the same expected support and comfort for all day wear.

These are very comfortable and are good for both work and weekends. I thought I would feel more arch support, but maybe that's just how the technology on this footwear is structured. In any case, they run true to size, the color is the same as it appears on line, and they can be worn all day without your feet struggling to hold onto them. My back also did not feel any discomfort after wearing them. I highly recommend this pair of sandals.

I really like these sandals. Wanted something to walk around Universal studios; I’m not much of a sneakers person. I have extremely narrow feet, so while I was a little worried, but, while I do have a little extra room in the footbed, I had no issues with them being secure. No rubbing, no slipping, no blisters. And they’re cute! A walking sandal that is fashionable—sign me up. I’m probably getting the brown pair, too. Fantastic arch support!

After being in a walking brace for a year... I met a new Dr. he gave me a long checkup and Xrays etc. He said number 1... don’t wear anything but Spencos hmm I asked .. he told me about the wonderful arch support and about the footbed and how my toes would sit in these sandals. Well I went home an ordered a pair .. When I put it on .., I felt nervous as I tried to walk around my house... And lo and behold I could walk with no pain !!! This was a miracle to me as I was having lots of foot problems with breaking bones and the healing process. Well it’s been 6 weeks and I feel great as I can walk in the stores and around my house in very little pain!! No more taking 3 pain pills a day just to walk in my foot brace. I will say if you’re having foot problems try these sandals because you will be happy like me as they changed my life!!!

Usually wear 10 wide. These are plenty wide. Ridiculously long. Footbed nicely covered in some suede looking material. The silver is a nice neutral. Feels like the cushioning might hold up. Arch support is mostly ok. Rest of shoe is rather flat feeling, althi I can see the heel cup. Put them on to try and after just a minute or two my toes are numb. Really odd. I usually wear Birks, Chacos or Vionics and dont have that issue. Shoe isnt painful but is going back. Between the toe numbness and how extra long the footbed is I wouldnt wear them.

Almost kept these even though the footbed was too wide. The straps are a clever design that allows a lot of adjustabllity. The black looks like leather even though it’s synthetic and a bit too stiff across the toes. They even look good for orthopedic sandals. Definitely worth a try. I found the length true to size.

Muy cómodo, en lo particular tengo el pie delgado. Ideal para mí. Si tienen el empeine más alto o pie grueso creo apretarían un poco. No es mi caso.

Nice sandals, unfortunately to narrow and ankle strap Velcro is too short for larger ankles.
