Q: Is this the thick kind or the light one?

It is 6 oz. fabric. It is not very thick at all, much lighter than any other FR's I have used.

Q: Can the sleeves be rolled up to around the elbow easily?

would be difficult unless small arms

Q: How much do they shrink?

Shrink very little over the years... I wash mine in Cold water and dry normal heat and they hold up very well... Very good coveralls!!!

Q: What does the "W" mean on the sizing?

I was guessing those are for women, but that's purely a guess.
