Q: Just to check my eyes are -1.5 so i’m assuming i should get the +1.5 glasses? as no - options? thanks

Sorry to be vague it was a while ago I purchased these glasses, but no if you have been told you are - (minus) then there is no point in buying a + (plus) lens, go into your large department or supermarket store where you should find a display stand of many different lens powers, try them until one works for you then come back to Amazon and buy. We do not have category of darkness, what I would say is that they are pretty dark as you can see from the picture. Also UV400 protected.
