I have used this product without the vit D formula for years and it has kept my family well every time.The vit D is a nice addition unless you are already taking Vit in other products you might prefer to use formula without the Vit D..

From the reading I have done this product is supposed to improve immunity. I don't know if there is any scientific double- blind studies to prove it, but I do use it along with several other supposedly immune enhancing herbal products as I work with special needs children who often come to school sick. So far I have remained healthy and last year was ill only once during the school year. I do know that this is also a product Dr. David Williams, the alternative practitioner, recommends and I believe he says their are indeed studies which support its' claims.

6 capsules a day and there are 30 total so this lasts you less than 1 week. When I realized and went to order more,the price had gone up a few more dollars within the week. 90$+ for a months supply is a bit steep
