Almost everything was in the box except cable and a box to mount the door release switch. The instructions are a little difficult to follow, but the colour coding helps. I also added a second door release using an old door bell push. The programming is very easy, setting up the tokens and an access code was quick and easy too. The wires for a bell seem to be live all the time, which doesn't seem to make sense, so I couldn't add a door bell to the system. All told, it installed quickly and easily and works really well - and it's as cheap as chips!

This is an excellent maglock but should not be used as a security device. I bought it as a gadget and it should not be regarded as anything else. Overall fair quality for the money although the controller/keypad needs to be more robust, it's quite flimsy. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE DREADFUL!!! Non't attempt to install this unless you are experienced in moderately complex wiring.

Great value for money. Takes time to install but works great. If in doubt call an electrician but I am really pleased with this. Instructions took a little time to work out.

I thought that as this was packaged as a set that it would be...not so. It is three separate products from three different manufacturers. The instructions don't really match up to each other and one of them is only in Chinese. I got it eventually but had to figure the wiring out for myself.

Keypad doesnt work. Instructions to code they keypad are not english. Once i figured it out, the keypad still wouldnt work. No way of contacting, can only return. Cannot return as now in use without keypad.

I wouldn’t use them for any real security but have 3 installed work fine to limit access in normal circumstances and work as deterrent but wouldn’t use them to prevent burglary as they can be easily forced

This item does not have adequate programming instructions stay clear too complicated Chinese instruction rubhish

I have brought from Amazon over 40 of these and have had no problems, once I fitted a couple it's easy, but the last batch I have had 2 of the controller boxes stop working so I have purchased just the boxes, hopefully I don't find any more not working as this will end up with me having to send some back, but all in all I would definitely recommend this product

Il prodotto in se e per se è buono l'unica pecca sono le istruzioni che non sono di facile lettura. Nessuno fino ad ora a detto che la password che viene fornita di default è solo per la programmazione e non per l'apertura della porta. Per impostare la vostra password dovete digitare #123456#21(la vostra password)# e dopo digitando (la vostra password)# si aprirà la porta. Stesso discorso vale x le swipe card che non sono programmate, dovete digitare#123456#1 poi avvicinare la swipe card al lettore e digitare di nuovo # a questo punto ogni volta che avvicinerete la card al lettore si aprirà la porta.

A little tricky wiring but works great and we were able to use our existing badges to access!

Had it wired up, programmed and tested on the workbench within an hour, worked great. Took some time to apply it into my project and run the wires neatly. My only complaint was the mounting of the magnetic door release into my project took some time and modification but worked out ok in the end. I would recommend this item, a great item at a very reasonable price.
