Curad - MIINON85100 - Pressure Adhesive Bandage

Using bandages for dialysis. Good bandages. Pad is not thick, but keep safe from bleeding. Found a not bed substitution of Sure seal, because they are currently out of stock everywhere. Give it a try.

These are good band aids and are pressure type which means the wound pad pushes down on the wound. Good for use in at least one stage of after-dialysis application. However, I've ordered these TWICE and both times they arrived in one of those cheap paper or bubble envelopes but the boxes were completely crushed and the band aid were all over the inside. NOT COOL. These are expensive and shippers treat the box like it's 99 cents from WalMart.

They are good replacement bandages.

A search for a home method to attend to bed sores brought me to these Curad bandages. These work as advertised, and, in fact, helped to ease the discomfort I was having with a sore that has been ailing me for months. Even a wound care doctor was unable to help me as well as these Curad bandages and the particular aloe solution that an online article did. Highly recommended despite the cost. Edit: These aren't adhesive enough. If you plan to use this bandage in an area that is susceptible to sweating you will be disappointed. I'll have to look further for something that will stick.

Curad is a brand of bandages that I trust. The absorbent pad is small but does a good job of halting the bleeding quickly. The adhesive is strong. If you have thin skin like seniors might have this product might be too strong of a hold. It holds firm definitely.

Second time ordering works very well for dialysis patients. Use to use Sureseal bandages they've been unavailable for some time. My only knock on them is they've almost double the price since my last order. Undoubtedly because Sureseal is not available.
