Returned... my fault... these were not the style I needed

They are headers, how exciting is that. They seem to be well made and consistent, the ones with very short pins could be a little bit longer.

Pins are kinda flat (opposed to round) but take solder well enough, and a good assortment for various projects. Used them to make a custom shield for an uno, the male to female headers with long pins were great for being able to access the pins with the shield in place!

These aren't exactly exciting products, so they're tough to review in an interesting way.I like the value of having a large number of connectors for my Pi, Arduino, breadboard, and other header connectors.I like having them all organized neatly in a case instead of a jumbo ziploc.I like that they take solder well without risking melting the plastic while tinning them.I probably could have paid less for these in bulk, but I really like the convenience of knowing that I'm not going to be stuck on a project waiting for a $0.45 package to arrive across the ocean and the convenience of knowing where all of these parts live in my collection. Absolute price isn't the driving factor for me and I'm happy with the value I got here.

Packaged good, arrived fine. My local silicon Valley surplus store had many cubic yards of pins, headers and associated connectors, but no stackable headers like the ones in this kit. I have already used two of these parts in a current project.

kit has a lot of different configurations that will fit most of your needs. I used a couple of strips for soldering connections to a Nextion touchscreen on my Ham radio Jumbo Spots.

Price and quantity make this kit a bargain. But alas, it's too good to be true. These female headers use stamped contacts whose long post cross-sections mic out at 0.030" x 0.015". Though the long tails are stiffer than some, they are flimsy enough that I wont risk installing them on my Arduino sheilds -- they're too likely to collapse during insertion.I'll use them all as short-tailed headers -- the long tails are not suitable as stacking headers.
