Excellent product
Easy to swallow, easy to digest, good price for the product. Magnesium also helps with digestion and the processing of other supplements, and can be a mild sleep aid. We all use it so this is a good sized bottle too.

I would give this 100stars if I could. I have constant constipation my entire life , celiac ,and diverticulitis. I had seen every gastrointestinal dr I could and it never helped. Plus I’m starting to become premenopausal at age 42! Well after watching TikTok- I decided to try this mag. Complex. Omg I can’t believe how amazing I feel. I have pooped every morning since taking this ( take at night before bed). My bloat is gone , I finally feel clear headed . I sleep better. I feel like a new person ..
