This is fine but it does feel a little light and flimsy for the price. I wish the metal on the rod was a little thicker so it feels more solid. But it works well and it matches all the other fixtures in the bath.

I probably took more time than I needed trying to find a stud to go into and making sure it was level. I didn't find the paperish template that handy as it doesn't stretch perfectly to the same size as the towel bar unless you use a lot of tape to hold it in place. So I just used the template as a general location guide and for one end. I put one end up, then put a dab of Vaseline on the mount on the other end and pressed it against the wall so I knew exactly where to put my other hole. Only hit one stud, used their wall lug on the other end and it held fine. If you get the mounts right when you screw it to them, it's sturdy as a rock.

I bought this as a replacement for another Kohler holder. I couldn't find the exact same towel rack but found this very similar one from the same manufacturer. What was absolutely wonderful about it is that the new towel bar fit the old mounting. So installation, which already looked simple, was a breeze.The bar is firmly in place and lovely.

This item came up, after searching Amazon for a "brushed nickel" towel bar. I received a GOLD one, instead; looking closer, the description listed it as "bronze", but wasn't caught until after receiving. It's being returned, for a full refund. I would say READ the description very closely, as the pictures aren't always as accurate as they should or could be. | I will purchase Kohler products again, just not this color. They arrived safely, double boxed, in the original & shipping box.

This is a prefect match for the Kohler Devonshire lineup. I purchased this in "Polished Bronze" and my wife and I love how it looks in our newly remodeled bathroom. I have nothing but praise for all of the Kohler fixtures that I purchased: they all draw attention in a good way.The bar comes with an assortment of attachment options including regular drywall anchors as well as butterfly anchors in case you already have a big hole in the wall.

Overall, I am very satisfied with these towel racks. The quality of the finish is very nice and the mounting hardware is solid. Installation could have been a little easier as no template was included, however the brackets make it so that minor errors are correctable and it's fairly easy to get level. Overall, I'm very satisfied these racks. The fact that the design of these don't take up any extra space on the wall and that the 24" can easily fit two towels is also a major plus for me compared to other racks.
