Arch Chemical 61317 HTH Calcium Plus, 4-Pound

I live in an area with soft water so have to increase hardness in my spa quite a bit. Used to use liquid solutions but they run out fast and are expensive. Found this and wow. Just reordering now, as my previous batch lasted five years (250 gallon spa, water changed quarterly).

What can I say good product with a good price. I order spa chemicals from Amazon quite often. When the weekend is here the last thing I want to do is go shopping at a spa store when I should be enjoying it! This one you need to watch as if the wife puts in a little to much you will see the results on the shell of the spa.

Works great to shock our Jacuzzi. It only costs a little more than the 2-lb. size at the pool place or other stores. We use it in spa so we don't need 20-lbs.

This works fine and dissolves quickly in my hot tub. Contains a large enough amount to last me about one year.

The product worked as it said. No problems, it's just that this year I have put many pounds of calcium plus in our pool and still haven't been able to raise the level to the recommended number.
