Makes a surprising good batch of cookies. I expected them to be off a little being gluten free and all but these turned out really well.

have been making choc chip cookies with Pamelas for years and they are very good. These are better. Maybe just because they are easier? Yes, you have add butter, egg and water. Compared to starting cookies from scratch? easy peasy. and plenty of chocolate chips. When I first made these, had bought extra chips cause am used to there not being enough in mixes. Now you still may want more, but found them plentiful. and you can still add your walnuts or pecans or other upgrades. Our neighborhood christmas cookie baker moved last year, so I substituted these, some plain, some not so. No complaints from anyone. Good cookies
