After Two Years
I bought these plants 2 years ago in spring 2021 (it's now spring 2023). I’m in Zone 7B. I followed the recommendation of the grower/seller and put them in a small pot for the summer; then once they grew bigger, I put them into the ground at the end of summer. The plants were only a couple inches tall when they arrived. The plant is now well over 5 feet tall. Very healthy and beautiful, with bright yellow-green foliage in spring. I only kept two plants and gave two away to my neighbor. Both of mine are still alive, and so are his is. All three are luscious and growing well. Both of mine are in part shade. My neighbor’s is in full sun. All three plants are roughly the same size, although the one plant that I placed in more shade is perhaps a half foot smaller. I feed occasionally with Espoma citrus fertilizer once a month and liquid kelp from time to time or Myco+. No fruit yet because obviously the tree is still too small. I put tomato cages over both of mine last year to give them some support and to keep them from sprawling. So did my neighbor. He removed his cage, and the tree is standing up on its own, with a nice structure. Here’s what one of mine looks like now.Update: My neighbor’s plant is now bearing deep crimson-orange flowers this June 2023, after only three seasons in the ground (planted summer 2021). Hopefully, he can expect fruit come fall.Update: Both of my neighbor’s pomegranate trees are covered in pomegranates!!! I’ll try to post a pic soon.

Wrong description
This supposed to be an item for cold weather regions according to the description and I planted the little tree and they die in like 3 days with the temperature being at around 40 degrees

Big healthy plants!
I’ve received “Live plants” in the mail before and many end up being a spindly little twigs with a couple roots wrapped in a moist paper towel. These are good healthy plants that arrived in small potting containers full of soil. This seller starts you off right with a great head start vs cuttings. I wish everyone selling a plants did as good as these people. A+ and highly recommended!

1/4 survived
Tiny plugs looked healthy. But, they all promptly dropped all their leaves when planted in pots and looked dead. I waited and waited and only one recovered and has come back to life. Pulled the other 3 and they had dead roots. But, I’m going to reorder and try again.

Wrong plants?
The plants had lost some leaves and one had slipped out of the tiny pot. They were not excessively dry. They appear very healthy.I was surprised and pleased to see the plant labels!I will be soaking them, potting them up in 4 inch pots and will baby them for a while.I am very excited about having a pomegranate that is reliably hardy in my area.Oh, and it arrived sooner than expected.Update--does not look like i was sent the right plants--they look nothing like the picture in the ad, Requesting replacement unless the seller can confirm that i have the right plants.Update-replacement plants came quickly and seem to be right. See pics.

The plants do not match what the picture looks like
What a disappointment when I received the plants. The plants in the picture had much more leaves, looked healthier, and were much taller than the plants I received. The plants I got were only 2 inches tall and half of their leaves were missing due to horrible packaging.

As described
I think I over estimated these, but that was my fault. They actually were exactly as described. They cam well wrapped, and were about six inches tall. The are a little scrawny but they are young. They all arrived in good shape. I immediately planted them in bigger pots and put them in a mostly sunny location until I can dig bigger holes for their permanent home. Ive planted 2 so far. I am hopeful they will grow fast and bear fruit!

Just as advertised
Update:9/7/2024My 4 trees are still doing great. After transplanting some did loose all their leaves but came back looking very healthy. I’ve put 2 into larger containers and will try 1 in the ground to see if it can overwinter here in Nashville, TN.Previously; My 4 tiny trees arrived in great shape, healthy and beautiful. The packaging was great and it kept the trees safe. I followed the advice from the online site and placed each one into its own 1 gallon container. So far all seem to be doing great. They don’t like to be too wet I’ve noticed.
