This is made of a light rope material, rather than straw which is fine. It’s soft, drapes nicely and is a good purse size, not a tote or beach bag size. It’s unlined so I had a makeup case for my smaller items which might have fallen through.

Really nice beach bag. Kinda smaller then I expected and the ends kinda look like they are coming untied, but still a nice bag for place a couple things. You can’t fit too much so I just used on vacation

Love the purse but you need an insert if you plan to put anything small in it… i.e. lipstick will fall right through the holes. I bought a purse organizer in a neutral color and it works perfect and I love the purse.

Not lined, I'm sure it was in the discreption but I thought it would be lined so it just wasn't what I was actually looking for. A summer handbag. I now use it to carry my books and notebooks but I often forget to take the pencil out of the notebook until it's hanging out of this bag. A pencil case would help but I always forget.

I ordered this so that I could have an inexpensive packable bag for my recent trip to Florida. The bag lays pretty flat and takes up very little suitcase room which is great. The spaces between the roping are a bit wide so you need to put your stuff in a separate pouch or things will fall through. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the bag looks cute. To be honest, the roping knots are all exposed and seem to be pretty loosely knotted so I’m not sure how they will hold up with additional use but they don't detract from the look of the bag and at least for my recent trip the bag held up fine. So for the $$ it seems to have served its purpose!
