BECEN 2W N Male to Female Connector Attenuator,1-30db,DC to 3GHz,50 Ohm (20db)

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been needing a type ‘N’ 30dB pad for a while now. This Attenuator Pad was exactly what I needed.I conducted a few tests for internal resistance and attenuation. As seen in the photos, the resistance turns out to be 51.22 ohms, read on a Fluke 289 after subtracting the lead resistance. Next, I placed the device on a couple of spectrum analyzers, Rigol, DSA815-TG, and then a Tektronix 7L13/TR502, both Equipped with Tracking Generators, which swept the device from about 20KHz up through 1.5GHz. It looks to be fairly flat past 1.5GHz, and I see it to be exactly 30dB of attenuation. Although I didn’t get it in photos, I did double-check signal attenuation with an HP 8648B and an HP 8643A against a Jung Jin Power Meter and a Boonton 42B Power Meter. I tried them in various combinations and the attenuator introduced was nearly exact at 30dB of attenuation.A very well-made Attenuator for the money. If you need anything ‘Better’, be prepared to spend a LOT more money. Personally, I think it’s fairly priced and accurate, and I like it...The photos seem to be out of order, I hope they all make sense...
