Worked after having to remove grills.
I was a little disappointed with this item, firstly the metal grill that is there to protect the fan blades once tightened caused the fans to not work. I did try losening them a little but they still did not work. So I ended up using them with out the metal grill. I took the unit out of my server rack to clean it and the item dropped no more than 5cm and one of the blades broke.

Finally, a Fan That Works Harder Than I Do
Despite being called a "computer fan," this little powerhouse is not fussy about job titles. Plug it into a normal AC outlet and it is ready to cool anything—computers, routers, server cabinets, or in my case, a solar charging setup where the controller and inverter get hotter than a July attic. The inverter's own fan sounds like a jet engine about to take off, but this one runs whisper quiet while pushing a serious amount of air. The adjustable speed dial is a joy—crank it up to 12V when you need gale-force cooling, or dial it down for a gentle breeze that will not scare the cat. Build quality feels solid, the dual protective grills save fingers and cables, and the whole thing just does its job without drama. Honestly, I wish half my electronics were this reliable. Five stars—because this fan has already outperformed several alternatives.

Great product, will be useful for many things.
Joycabin 120mm Computer Fan, Computer Cooling Fan with AC Plug: I'm working on a small project learning about electronics and wiring so that I can wire things up myself. This product is the end result of what I would like to create so at the very least the job is done for me and I can keep moving forward whilst I learn. I needed a small fan that I could control that isn't connected to a PC via USB etc. Although I may just keep the fan at full blast, I appreciate the ability to adjust it. The product quality is good and I can see myself using it in various places to move air quickly.

Bit noisy but useful...
I've got an Xbox Series-S in a cabinet under the TV and wanted something I could put behind it to create an airflow that would keep it cool while playing and this Joycabin 120mm Cooling Fan seemed like it could work - and it kinda does. It's a solidly made little unit and has a sturdy feel that's a bit better than your average budget computer fan. There's a detachable blade guard on both sides and a short power cable that connects to the supplied mains power adaptor that's fitted with a variable speed control. I positioned mine in front of the cable hole that's in the back of the TV unit so it's mostly pulling in fresh air from outside the unit and tried to arrange it so there was no rattle while it's running. It would be easy enough to fit it permanently into place, you could use one of the blade guards on the outside of the TV unit with the fan inside and it could look quite neat. However even carefully placed this fan does make quite a noise while running, if you're playing a game you don't notice it but in a quiet room it's very audible even though I only ever run it at about half-speed. Having an inline control knob is really handy for my purpose because it means I can switch the fan on/off and vary the speed without ever having to fumble around inside the TV unit. I'm surprised how loud the fan is, given how quiet PC fans can be these days, but it's working well enough to keep my game console cool under pressure.
