Works great as a replacement. I like it much better than original (which I still have) because all I use the TV as a monitor & need was a small, simple way to turn on & off the TV and volume control.

Works well. Just pointed it at the tv and it turned on first try.

Replaced lost remote control for TV that is over 15 years old. The remote was purchased to update the settings on the TV to brighten up the picture quality now that more stations are broadcasting in 4K. Our old LCD Sharp TV is not 4K, but it was made at a time when products were of better quality and were built to last.

The remote just arrived, looking new. New batteries were installed and ...nothing happens. The controls don't work and nothing lights up. Currently on hold with the support number on the the back of remote hoping to troubleshoot. Shoulding the Sharp remote just work with batteries on a Sharp TV?

Identical to my old remote. No programming required
