California Coast Naturals' Olives are grown on a CCOF Certified Organic ranch along the Santa Barbara Coast where they are hand-picked and hand-packed. These olives are then rolled in organic EVOO and sun cured before being flash brined in organic rice/baslcami vinegars. All of our olives are USDA/CCOF Approved Organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten free, and naturally salt cured (unpasteurized). As a result of this natural curing process, our olives are some of the only to be considered a great source of probiotics and antioxidants. We proudly grow all of our own olives as well as many of our ingredients - if an ingredient is not grown on our ranch then it is sourced from local organic growers.
