It’s so clear and like HD honestly

These fit well for large noggins such as the one I have (wear 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 fitted hats). The 580G blue mirrors really are some of the best lenses on the market as far as clarity and making things look high-definition in extremely bright sunlight. The greens really pop. The glare is gone when looking at the sky (for example, the sun reflecting off of some clouds). I like that they have an adjustable nose piece. However, if you put them too close, they can kind of dig into the bridge of your nose. The tips on the arm are quite large. I had to use Cablz Zipz Adjustable (XL tip, 16 in) on them. These are the largest frames at 138 mm, but still fairly large. I bought them when the prices dropped considerably.

I’m not a big review writer, so I will just do a quick summation; these things are awesome. For years I have worn the Oakley‘s and Hobies from Costco. I always like them. I purchase these, with the 580 G, on a whim when they were on sale. It is now been about three months and I can tell you that I am so impressed I absolutely had to write a review. If you were on the fence, I strongly encourage you to consider them. They are just unbelievable out on the water on the boat. They take all of the glare away, but they don’t make it so dark you can’t see the fish in the water. And now that the leaves are starting to change, the colors are so vibrant wearing these it is amazing. And again, they don’t make it so dark that you can’t wear them in the shade or anything. I have only dropped them once, no damage at all. They are very well-made. But again, these optics are just unbelievable. Highly recommend

My husband got a full year of use before the first scratch! And I'm now buying him a second pair. We used to buy other scratch resistant name brand sunglasses' but they couldn't keep up. My husband works construction and put his sunglasses through everything. These don't fall off his head and the polarization is great for long days in the sun.

These are excellent looking and great fitting glasses that were described as having glass lenses but are actually plastic. Decent price so I don't care enough to return them. I love the way they fit.

My family has been wearing Costa glasses for as long as I can remember! I absolutely love everything about them. They can be pricey but worth every penny. When I saw the discounts Amazon was giving on these glasses I knew I couldn’t pass them up! They were a present for my dad’s birthday and he is very happy with them.

Hands down best lenses in sunglasses. But the functionality is lacking. I usually prefer Oakley sunglasses. The fit pinches your head so they never slide off (Oakley. The costas are wide and sit on your nose and top of ears. They are relatively heavy with glass lens. That being said the best lenses as far as clarity, sun blocking, and durability are the 580 costa glass lenses.Overall I give them a 9/10. Only because I have to wear my oakleys when I play baseball or anything that makes me sweaty as these slide off. Even when you look down they slide That's the con.

I would actually probably rate these sunglasses at 4 1/2 stars. With the 580 polycarbonate lens (plastic) they are very light, durable and fit my large face/frame very well.The have a semi-wrap around fit which blocks out the sun, wind and rain very well. I am on the ocean a lot and these sunglasses with the mirror blue tinted lens do an excellent job of eliminating glare off the water.As mentioned they are super light weight—hardly know that you have them on and are very comfortable.I have other sunglasses— all with glass lens by Maui Jim and Costa and all in the $300 to $400+ price range.I wanted a pair that are more scratch resistant and can take a bit more “light abuse” as in being dropped or bumping into something—these sunglasses do the job for me!If you’re looking for a mid-price range quality pair of sunglasses, the Reefton in 580 P might work for you as well
