LulzBotTAZ GLASS/PEI Print Surface

Works Perfectly
I've been using this type of PEI for well over a year now and it works great for printing ABS. Here's a tip I wish I learned a year ago. I used to constantly replace this sheet because the adhesive would bubble and I would tear the sheet when trying to replace the adhesive, so here's the tip... If you can avoid a bed temp at or above 100 C do so. I run mine a 90 C and have had the same sheet on the plate for 6 months now. If you think about it, 100 C is when water begins to boil and I would bet my wallet the adhesive is water based.

No adhesive???
Why would it not come with adhesive? I peeled the heater off my old broken glass bed just fine, but there's no adhesive on the new glass to re-stick the heater back on. The glass seems good. Very flat and smooth. Now I'm off to shop for adhesive. If you aren't going to include the adhesive at least please let us know so we can buy it separately. Thanks

Yes!
Printing on the Taz 6 was a gamble until I upgraded to this new surface and the aerostruder print head. It's a month later, and printing continues to be very reliable, a lot less stressful, and maybe even a little bit fun.
