Arrived on time and in good shape (just as described), very happy, saved me a lot on a text book I needed for a class.

Intro to Sound
If you have had university-level physics then this will not offer too much except to reinforce ideas. However, it is well-written and a nice introduction to the topic for those who are interested in science but are not scientists by trade.

Came early
Highlighted pages were expected. No missing pages. Came before I expected it to, which is always great for textbooks

Good buy
Although there is a lot of highlighting in the book, the book itself is in good shape and I have no problem with it. It got here very quickly and appeared just the way it was advertised.

good reference text
A bit of a challenge to read at times, but great for use as a reference. Covers more than the basics of sound transmission and all the associated physical science. Concepts are clearly and thoroughly explained. If you like the hard facts all the math you could ever hope to have is here - and if you don't like the math it's easy to ignore without losing the message. I'm glad to have the book and equally glad it wasn't my required text for Hearing Science.
