I take three capsules before my workout, and then after my workout I take three more. This product is definitely gives you good vasodilation and has very good effect on your blood flow. Helps my muscles retain a better pump after working out. I do recommend this product.

I was skeptical when I read the reviews, they seemed just a little too good. This is the first preworkout supplement that I haven't liked. I guess I know why it was so cheap. Stick with the powders this stuff does nothing.
