I Can Lick 30 Tigers Today! and Other Stories (Classic Seuss)

This book was delivered in a timely fashion and was in mint condition. It brings me one step closer to completing my collection of Dr. Seuss classic books.

My brother had this book when we were kids in the 70's...my mother read it to us weekly. The stories are entertaining with hidden life lessons, I had the book in my possession while raising my daughter and loved sharing the stories with her. I purchased this book for my friend who is expecting her first child, I've tried to find/buy it in the past for other friends/family members who were expecting. The last time i saw it in a bookstore about 10yrs ago and it was $100...sadly I left it there. This version of the book is a bit smaller, the cover is not as thick...but the illustrations are just as I remember them. Quite a find I must say, my mom came over and saw it sitting on the table...she was impressed too.

The kiddo loved it and got angry that I didn’t rate it immediately. He was right, this is a classic from when I was a kid and I’m happy to pass it to the next generation.

Dr. Seuss can do no wrong as far as I am concerned. His books are all great my son loves them as much as I love reading them to him. I’m sure he will develop a love of Seuss like I did as a child and end up reading these same books to his children some day.

This was one of my favorite books when I was a child. Though not one of the more popular Dr. Seuss books, it has three entertaining stories that I loved then, and still love now. When I recently became a first time grandfather, I made sure this book went into my grand daughter's collection.

Not as good and the grinch story. its pretty average. premises were nice but pretty underwhelming in the storytelling. meh.

Another great Dr Seuss book. The children in my class like this one as much as all the others. Definitely recommend this to others.

I've never read this book before. I was going by the high ranking it got. I don't know how it could be anybody's "favorite" book. jmho Definitely not a number one book in my opinion.

Bought it for my grandsons birthday after reading a review by James Bolam in the Express . Lovely dr Seuss book . I have since bought him another !
