Philips SPA-30 2.0 Channel Multimedia Speakers System (Black)

Philips, these two speakers are palm sized and covered with wooden boxes at the sides which adds a classy look. As this product is from Philips you will already know that the build quality and the sound would be really good. But as these are small it does give a huge sound but when used on big rooms it may be your living room or office the sound starts fading when it comes to corner of the rooms. It is ideal for watching a movie and what more can you ask for such a gig. One more tip would be to not use a phone charger to connect as the sound produced will be low and the quality is not as good as when compared to connected with lappy.

It is a very good speaker at this price point. It has decent amount of bass & trance, i bought it for work related stuff and not for listening high quality sound. So if you want a good sounding speaker at this price then go for it, It won't disappoint you. But it is not for audiophiles. It is loud enough for a room. Built quality is very good(wooden shell), so it gives a premium vibe. There is no control button in the speaker so you have to adjust sound from your laptop. I am very much satisfied with the product as it delivers good quality sound experience.

Just right for my custom requirement. I d a plan to extend additional 2 speakers in my bedroom setup with 2 4.1 speakers of creative binding with 2-echo dot n echo plus and 2.1 f&D speakers. I was looking for 2 set of speakers to right set in back to enhance my audio experience on custom built. Pro: good mid range sound. Balanced audio mix of low and high freq. Say its loud enuf for audio if conn3cted to mobile. Laptop.etc. no crqckling sound. Due to wood box it sounds more esthetic. More antique and good looking than any in this range. Good for people who are not audiophile (though i am typical audiophil class with different need of this speakers) sound is juz right to listen indian music. Cons: no volume control. No indicator.small wire setup kills spreading to distance. No wall mounting options. Usb powered limits technically power of inbuilt circuit performace compared to other market with same models.

Great set of speakers for the price. Good for a small room. Build quality and sound are more than apt as well. Do not expect a full sound but you can surely expect a cleaner, nicer, crisper sound compared to any standard laptop speaker. Looks better than any of it's contemporaries in this range. Classic finish and black speaker mesh works for me. All in all, for Rs 500, look now further.

A Good Product. You cant ask for more in this price range from the global brand Philips. The main point is they didn't gave volume button with it which i like the most it decreased the probability of its damage or malfunctioning. 2- Awesome royal wooden finish. 3-wire is long. 4- Easily portable. 5- Sound is very good and loud. Do not expect High base.

The item which I have received just now is not working properly. The sound quality is awful and one of the box is completely damaged, no sound or vibration is produced in it. Only one box is working but that too with awful sound quality. I hate the product delivered today. And now that I want to return the product it is not possible at all, instead they are giving me a toll free number, which I rang up and they told me to take this product to the one of centre near Tollygunge. Horrible experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Wow, i didn't expect this product to be this good for the price it comes for. Love the design and simplicity. I had read reviews where people complained about length of wires it comes with, but honestly the sole purpose of these speakers is to bypass your measly laptop speakers and get a good sound sitting next to your laptop. Thoughtful on the USB power supply, so that you can carry these with your laptop and listen to music without worrying about finding an additional power outlet. Would have loved to see an power adapter packed with the product which you could use if you are short on USB outs on you laptop, but hey i get the trade-off for the price point!! Btw, i could use my lumia charger as power adapter got the job done.

A perfect budget offering,look no further if you want a cheap but effective supplement to your shoddy laptop speakers.My laptop came with an inbuilt BEATS speaker.While accuracy of sound reproduction,clarity and sharpness was good-the volume was often insufficient.Especially in a medium/large sized room.This was where the Philips SPA 30 steps in.Equally good sound depth and clarity with a considerably larger max volume,the volume can be cranked up all the way without loss of any perceptible quality. Only downside,if you consider it that,is that it'll take up one of your usb port for power,as it can't feed enough wattage off your 3.5mm jack.But again,that's quite natural considering the punch it delivers. Don't expect it to be a speaker that you'll use at parties and ceremonies.For personal use-gaming and other miscellany,it's perfect.
