Firstly not the colors I ordered secondly on first use all the top and side melted after following instructions as shown.. it only worked and made most for half hour then stopped even though it was still full with water.. I bought 3 to use in my business and they r just a waist and a mess and do nothing after first use bar for looking now so dam ugly as they sticky and stick to everything they are not great and a waist of money putting the oils into the old fashioned way with candle does more then this so called amazing product..very disappointed

Amazing product,value for money. It works amazingly and is such a hasselfree experience. So easy to use. Choose essential oils of you choice pour wanter connect it to usb and you're good to go.

Usb cable not provided along with the package even though it's mentioned in the pack

The machine switch off after 2-3 hours and you need to touch the power again . The fumes come out every 10-15 min and not continuous.

Diffuser was working well for 4-5 days. But after that the diffuser hole is seeping with the water inside & the cloud is not forming. Once its wiped again its working for 1 min & again the pore is getting clogged. Dont know what to do

Installed the product as per the instructions given. Added water and the aroma oil to it. I dont see the vapour coming out and no aroma at all. Need a replacement.
