Substandard product
Cheap material used and one side pin broken during installation. However bulb placed in headlight housing but don't know how much time it will survive on bad roads ( due to shocks). Brightness is average but better than stock bulb of scooty Pep +. Better to go with their (minda) another bulb with same socket type which looks like new generation hs1 bulb, price is 50% more than this but it worth the price.

Good replacement for old scooters but could be better
It's a good replacement for the bulb of old bajaj super, priya, cub, chetaks. Gives good light output, high beam is very good but low beam doesn't have good spread and cut-off because their is no plate for cutoff on the low beam filament. There are essentially two identical filaments for high beam and low beam, the one for low beam is placed slightly lower than the one for high beam. If you want proper low beam cutoff go for Uno Minda hdl 1001 rbo style bulb but they are generally out of stock on Amazon. I just purchased the headlight assembly for my bajaj super from Uno Minda and along with this bulb the light output is very good. Just make sure your old scooter is working on 12v else convert those old super,cub, priya to 12v by changing the wiring harness and regulator and magnetic coil first.

Be careful while purchasing bulbs.
Bulbs released gas the moment they were fixed and are now useless for further use,hence requested for replacement of both the bulbs or refund which ever is possible.
