I got this a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it! It's definitely helping out with my workouts and it's not uncomfortable like many other waist trainers. It holds me in good and does add a little more shape to my figure. I'm not a big fan of the panties being attached but I can deal with it. I can't wait to see what results I get from wearing it while working out. I got an XL and I'm 5'8, 213 lbs (38 waist, 47.5 hips). It was a little hard to put on when I first got it and I needed help lol, but after a couple of wears, it's easy enough to put on now that I can do it by myself.

This is the first girdle/weight trainer I've purchased that ever actually held me in! I have a very large stomach and it held me in AND gave a slight hourglass shape! I am using this for an event i am going to and to shape me as i lose weight. I am 284lbs 5ft 3.75in and the 3xl was snug but not uncomfortable at all! Feels very good and slimming and does not chafe the area around thighs and butt! Worth every penny!

This is one of my favorite waist trainers to go out with ! It fits good it's a soft material and it come with a hole easy to use the bathroom and u don't have to take it on and off . If u want something u can wear everyday to help u shape that waist here's the perfect waist trainer!! It's true to size as well !

Ok, I know how much us ladies really need input/suggestions on these kind of things so here's my opinion... I was surprised at how easy it was to get into this. No sucking in, taking deep breaths, pulling or any struggle, unless you have big boobs and you can't see the eye hooks to hook (mine were in the way to see but no fault of this product). I followed other reviews taking their suggestions and ordered a size larger XXL but I think I really didn't need to. I'm 5', 175 lbs and normally wear a 16 and probably should have just ordered the large but this is ok. It is very comfortable with no digging anywhere. My only 1 complaint keeps this from being perfect and that is the panty area. It does ride up around the back (like regular panties do sometimes) and if it were just a little bit longer (about 2-3") then it would be perfect. I'll keep this one and wear it because it does feel like it serves my needs and I don't see any buldging anywhere. Next time I will order a size smaller though. I haven't gone to the rest room in this yet but will update my review when I do. Today is my 1st time wearing it.

From my wife: "So far, my experience has been good for the most part. I love the way it slims out my body so my figure is more noticeable. There are two downsides to this particular shapewear...when wearing it with the straps on, they rub against my skin at the front of my under arm and it chafes it pretty badly. However, the straps can be removed but then it causes it to slip down a bit. Ways that I get around this is wrapping the straps around my bra. It keeps the shapewear up a little and won't chafe. Secondly, I know that it has access on the bottoms to "easily" go to the restroom, however, it is not that easy. If I could make a suggestion, I would say that the bottoms are attached by zipper or clips so they could easily be pulled all the way down for a more satisfactory experience of using the restroom while wearing it. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

I am a sharper expert. I am a size 20 jean and a size 0 or 1 dress at Torrid. This item in XL was a perfect fit in the waist but provides little to no support in the lower stomach region so if you have a fupa/dunlap/pouch you will need a lower shaper underneath. That being said, after 2, 8 hour days of wear, the latex inset disintegrated at the corset join and the shaper no longer worked. Once the latex inset is removed from the equation, the shaper creates a pregnancy shaped midsection. It is now unfixable. I believe these shapers are old stock and that is why the latex, which is the strength and draw of this item, is unviable. This was a loss. I suggest buying from a different seller.

Okay, I'm impressed. I'm someone who has purchased waist shapers before, I've ordered about 3 different ones prior to this one (I almost gave up) because I kept having the same issue, I have a large booty, I'm a little chubby, and have a very long torso, so every shaper came up just past my belly button and cut me in half, even more unflattering than just going natural. But this one fits great, goes up to my bra line and really smoothed everything out so nicely, like I was hoping for because I want to wear it under my wedding dress. Added plus, the clip parts have a looser and tighter clip, so you can choose what's more comfortable. I think the most helpful tip would be to go with your largest measurement and order whatever size has that for it to fit comfortably and still maintain its purpose 😊

Love it! I am 5’2 130 lbs so a medium might of fit more snug which I prefer more. I bought a large. Still does it’s job!! Works amazing!
