This product works well. No problem

It's a genuine Hozelock product and fits perfectly. Got my pump back up and running like new. Also was a bit cheaper than if I bought it directly from Hozelock's repair department.

Genuine hoze lock part works fine will keep as a spare as it didn't fix my problem of the pump cutting out after 5 minutes so purchased a new pump.

The part was easily fitted into the old pump body and the whole is now as good as new. For once, an excellent part at a modest price that does exactly what it is designed for. Exceptionally quick service. I cannot rate the whole exercise highly enough.

Easy to fit and solved the problem. Pump had stopped working and I thought it was at the end of its life, however having watched a Hozelock video on YouTube I took the pump apart and it was clear this item was the answer to the problemNow working like new.

Very pleased that we did not have to replace the whole pump, as this pump has been the best we have ever used in our pond. To find such spare parts has been very helpful. this item provided an inexpensive, easy to do, fix. Would definitely recommend, and buy again, if needed.

May have been Ok but would not fit. Probability is that the housing of pump was distorted.Arrived on time. Keeping it in case the other remaining pump goes down.
