what is rthe opening dementions for the 10x10, does it mount inside the frame or on the inside of the shed/unit ?

Hi, We build our doors per the rough opening specified. therefore, if you would make the opening 10x10 we would build the door to that size but a bit larger, like 1" on either side and top. The standard specs for the door is interior mount and the lock should be facing outside. after the order is placed we would call you to verify your order and go over all options incase you would like the door to be mounted on Exterior size, or the lock to be on a different position. What are the outside dimensions for the 8x8? What is the rolled up height opening?
