Took just 1 serving of this Cell Tech in approx. 200 ml of water. The Grape flavour is not so tasty and had a rather pungent smell after opening the shaker bottle. Taste was no where close to the Grape flavour but may be I need to consume few more servings to get the taste. Too early to say anything about the results, but being a Muscletech product, the outcome should be favorable, hopefully.

Great product by muscle tech... add protein with it for great result.

I have been really impressed with the results of using this creatine after a couple of weeks now. I was recommended this specific creatine powder by my personal trainer as he assured me it was the best. The trade off for the great results is the flavour and mixability of the product. It is extremely sweet, almost like sherbet, and it doesn't mix very well with water as clumps are left at the bottom of my shaker. I would definitely recommend it though based on the great results that I have noticed so far.

This was a big mistake. Each scoop contains 14 grams of sugar, equivalent to 3.5 tea spoons of sugar.Will never buy again!

I had good results with this but you never know what's down to you and what's down to the product.In terms of taste this is one of the best I've had. I used it for one month now I'm off it as I'm concerned about the lasting impacts of long term use.All in all I would recommend this.I would give it 5 stars if I could compare myself with to without it as proof the improvements were all down to Cell Tech.

Found a pen lid inside when I opened it. It was also a chewed pen lid. Not sure if it genuine. Did a label scan on muscletech website and this came up.
