Good book for all women...very good quality paper
Book is very useful with all pictorial description of the yogas. Basically, most of the yogas have been depicted in two picture, one mid posture and one final posture. Descriptions have been nicely provided alongwith the benefits of each posture. the paper quality of the book is very good. It is a fine oily texture that old books used to be made of. It is because of the paper quality that the book is heavy compared to one's expectation. Definitely worth buying and most important, FOLLOWING IT.

A very good book , it covers all stages of a woman's life.Very well explained all the asanas.To make the book more better they should have added the photos where the asanas were described.

Just got the book today , although right now I can't comment on the book content anything but I can definitely give review of quality of book 📚 . The book quality is superb , the quality of paper was of rich quality . The images of yoga poses were also nice one can definitely go for this . Rest I will comment after completion of this book . Every woman must have this book, learn from it and practice from it word by word. This book has changed my life completely. Should be practised everyday like a ritual
Details of poses of yoga along with real pictures. Yoga is important for everyone specially for women. Each and every description of pranayama and yoga posture is mentioned in this book and age limit is also mentironed. A particular pranayama can be started from which age it is mentioned. Yoga is really a gem for women. It not only cures many health problems but also cures stress. Should be practise everyday like a ritual.
