Go for it, if ur planing to buy, u can create vlans and also pass through vlans without tagging it too, it just passes through without stripping it out when not configured

This thing is all it needs to be in a tiny, low power package. Already have 5 devices using it religiously with 3 of them being 24/7 servers with port forwarding. Zero hiccups and everything I needed it to do was straightforward and just worked. Recovery from power outages is very fast. Boots up in no time. Having the ability to hang it on the wall was also great and helped save space. No brainer purchase for my setup. Highly recommend.

I’ve got this TP-Link switch connected to my home server setup, and let me tell you, it’s been a no-brainer. Plug it in, and bam – it's working. No fancy voodoo or “consulting a manual for 5 hours” nonsense. Just a straightforward piece of equipment that actually does what it promises. I’ve been running a self-hosting operation, and I don’t need anything too flashy—just reliable connectivity. This thing delivers. It has a sturdy metal body, and the shielded ports? Yeah, they feel like they’re built to last through a nuclear winter (or at least until my next server upgrade). Plus, if you're into QoS, VLANs, IGMP, or LAG, it’ll make you feel like a network wizard. Oh, and the lifetime protection? Sure, whatever. It’s nice to know this thing’s covered in case it decides to take a dive off my shelf.
