Magna Homewares Pollux 5 Step Alloy Steel, Rubber Folding Ladder, [Black, Large]

The product is great but I am DISAPPOINTED with the rear supporting legs of the ladder. They are not aligned parallel with the main front 2 legs when folded.Therefore, I am returning the product. Hope Amazon will consider my genuine request/complaint.NB: Photos attached for reference & awaiting for your prompt necessary action on the aforesaid FAULT regarding the Ladder.

We purchased the product right before diwali and it helped us in the cleaning alot. The lock system in the ladder ensures safety, if anyone is using it for cleaning fans and ceilings. I am completely satisfied with the product and would recommend it as its a great quality product at a good price

Good 1.1st they delivered a product of defective near locking the step.Returned and got another piece. It's good now.But no where it's written brand name or anything.I feel it's a local made ladder they are selling it.

This is the best step ladder I have ever owned it shipped quickly with safe packaging. The frame is sturdy and the steps are wide very helpful to reach the top of the cupboard shelves and kitchen cabinet really helpful for my mother she can claims the ladder without the fear of falling the handle gives a better grip and at the bottom with rubber which secures to the floor so it doesn’t slide. I recommend it to anyone who needs assistance to reach higher places.

Average product , the design of the foot which rests on the ground could have been better , rather than a straight bar it should have been in "H" shape... the current design makes it very shaky when you are at the top. There should also have been easy open and close , you have to go to the other side of the ladder if you want to unfold it

Other preciously bought ladder is much better with quality and at better cost.

I bought a five step ladder (4+Platform). It's very sturdy yet light and easy to move around. The platform is exactly 46 inches from the ground when open and is very stable. Also looks good. I'm happy with my purchase.
