I surf, swim, and live in a city with extremely high mineral content in the water and have thin hair. Oh and I use more dry shampoo than I should. I use this once per week, maybe every other week to clarify. It leaves my hair bouncy and shiny; tons of movement.I don’t have colored hair I just need a string clarifying shampoo and this definitely delivered.

After using this for over a week, I noticed no difference in the residue in my hair.

Product did nothing to reduce the yellow streaks from hard water/pipes -- actually, after using it the brassiness got worse. There is a phone number on the bottle. It's disconnected. The website lists a working phone number. The man who answered had no better answer to my question about what to do than to try selling me another bottle of the same stuff.
