Perfect size for me. I had TKP on both knees and it’s really helped with the pain.

I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can't. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal. I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes. I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up. So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

If I could give this no score I would. I was using the therapy mat and started smelling something melting. I went to turn it off and touched the controller to turn it off and it was super hot. I unplugged it from the wall and looked at it and the controller was melted. If I would’ve have not noticed it more than likely would’ve caught on fire… I should have taken pictures before I returned it but I didn’t.

It’s a good product but I found one that has a neck pillow that I think will work and be more comfortable. This is why I sent it back I have bad neck issues and need a pillow under the ! It’s is very helpful for the pain otherwise I have fibromyalgia and I need it . It really does help me.

Love this mat. Many uses including for my hair. Kinda wrap around my head. Seems to have helped slow down hair loss and increase growth. Coincidence, maybe. But I’ll take it. Very pleased

Good product plug in should be available on both sides

Worked great for a few months and now there’s bad circuits in it and it has LEDs that won’t turn on. Big bummer but I guess that’s what you get with a cheaper mat.
