Really nice volume control, with good quality.
I love this thing. For me this is more of a fidget toy to be honest. I have my Bluetooth headphones and they have volume controls on them so there is really no need for an additional knob, but I enjoy using it so much anyway. I love that it is metal. On my system (windows 11, 64bit) it moves volume by two increments. I don't mind it, but is something to be aware of. Maybe I'm just missing something in the settings. I do have light turned off, and the battery life has been very long. Haven't charged it in weeks.

A disappointment due to poor engineering design and bad Bluetooth functionality
Major disappointment. So the VOL20 did feel “solid” metal heavy as I hoped, and I could get it to control my iPhone volume remotely, two BIG issues: remote control stops working when USB charger is plugged in (a complaint many have posted online..and yes, I used a USB power-only…no PC connection), plus could not get the VOL20 to work with many Bluetooth-supported audio devices like my Sony stereo receiver to remotely control stereo/CD/media center volume.

Solid build, looks great. Poor battery life
Nice little device. Built well, and performs well. However, i feel like i am constantly charging it.

Great gadget!
I love this thing. I no longer have to use the crappy volume control on my corsair keyboard. It works in Windows and Linux.

A really really crappy and disappointing device
1. Completely non-inituitive. 2. Does not charge from most common USB power sources 3. USB C cable? Won't work? 4. High powered charger? Won't work? 5. Your computer ever goes to sleep? Volume knob turns on, turns off, and keeps doing this until you physically turn the unit off. 6. Does not reconnect after being turned on. You have to to to bluetooth settings, remove the device and re-add it. Fosi typically sells junky products, but this one is just awful. And for 50 buck? Shameful.

Works perfectly out of the box. Very heavy and substantial. Use it exclusively instead of keyboard controls.

Look for alternatives.
This controller is so cheaply put together the top of the knob is not set flush with the base and has an unacceptable amount of wobble. It makes the whole unit feel incredibly cheap.
