UGAOO Spider Plant Indoor Live with Self Watering Pot (4 Inch - Small)

This was my second purchase of Ugaao plants. Given the first good experience, i went for buying 4 plants together this time. They look beautiful indoors.After a week I faced the issue that two plants dried. I wrote to the team Ugaao. They asked for pictures of plants and how I was taking care of them. I shared all information and guided me well about watering schedule (to water once all water had dried) and as a gesture sent me an entire new pack since my ones has died.I have never seen such customer service and value given to customerTruly a must buy for plant lovers and the experience of dealing with such a team spreading beauty, happiness and value with their products and customer service.

Some of the leaves are rotten and others droopy. Doesn't look like it will survive. Plant is non returnable as well. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  Liked it soil quality was good , they made a bed for the plants , plants all in good condition let's see if it survives 🤷

The potted plants are small, and when they are packed they are taped with cellophane tape so removing the tap damaged the roots which btw were on top like a decoration and not inside the pot like the picture. The spider plant I received is almost yellow and dead. It looks unhealthy. Why the jade and cassata ovata broke a lot of its leaves in the box which left me heartbroken when I was cleaning the floor post unpacking. I am going to take this as an experience and never buy home plants online again

I am writing this review post 1 year the plants are just awesome, require very low maintainance.I have upgraded the pot size as it was limiting their growth for which I used Ugao potting soil only.Now the growth has drastically improved and my peace lilly plant is flowering too, which I think is very rare for a indoor plant.

Ugaoo Self Watering pot not capable of keeping plant alive as the roots are not soaking water from the pot.

Packaging-10/10, quality of pots and plants-10/10, its been almost a week now and they have already started growing! Keep the tiny notes you get with each plant which will help you how to nourish them, and will help you to take care of them the best way possible! This seller really knows plants well! Great job, guys!

O had ordered two spider plants - one of them did not come in good shape . It was already yellow and in dying condition. I repotted the plant immediately in a bigger pot to make it live and added vermicompost to save it . But in no luck . I am uploading the present picture of the plant where it is dying already .The other plant is in okayish condition . Jot very healthy , but it’s fighting . Attached for referenceWith both the plant i believe the plants weren’t healthy - both of them had many yellow and all dropping leaves .I would request the brand to ensure while you are sending please send a healthy plant . A plant lover like me likes to see healthy plant and nourish it . If the plant is already is a bad shape it is very difficult to reverse the process however skilled and patience one is .Spider plant is one of the plants which doesn’t die on you . So if it is - then the vendor is at fault.
