You will never know untill tried.
The capsules are easy to swallow,there isn't any information in English so had to look up dosage,well what can say about this product I have been taking one a day for the last four weeks thats 300mg and you can take up to 600mg.I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and have been suffering for years with Ill health,I feel wonderful, everything that it says it does it does,the one symptom that I noticed in the first week was my brain fog had reduced dramatically and my depression eased around the same time,I am starting to feel like my old self again!!!!
