wipro 9W B22 LED Warm White Bulb, Pack of 2 (N90002)

7 watts తెలుపు ఎల్యీడి బల్పు కంటే ఇది 9 watts అయినప్పటికీ వెలుగు తక్కువుగా ఉంది.

Bought it for dressing table. More brightness than same watt of Philips led and 40w filament bulb.

Wipro claims that its LED bulbs last for 1000's of hours of use (can't remember the exact figure). But that is nonsense. These bulbs only last 1 or 1.5 years or maximum 2 years of daily use of about 3 hours. This does not work out to the 1000's of hours of use they claim. I think it is more economical to buy the ordinary incandescent bulbs which cost Rs 15 at my local shop. In 1.5 years I will only have to use at most 3 bulbs which works out to Rs 60 compared to LED bulbs costing anywhere from 130 to 300 per bulb. The savings on electricity I believe are negligible. The LED bulbs would have been worth it if it was easy to remove the bulb base and repair the circuit when it stops working. But thats not easy so we have to throw it away and buy a new one which makes this very uneconomical in my view. Its not just Wipro, all manufacturers of LED bulbs give you a rubbish story about how long these bulbs last. All of them are deliberately misleading and cheating customers. Sometimes the bulbs last only a month or so and the return time frame has passed so customer has been cheated. Don't believe the warranty - on Amazon it is extremely difficult to get any vendor or manufacturer to honour the warranty. (even for other products). The kirana shopkeeper is more honest. He will replace the bulb upto period of one year.

The soft light of twilight or early morning, but bright enough to read stuff

Bright and pleasant yellow light

Item was delivered before the due date and was packed securely. Incredibly hard to find Led bulbs with the 2700k color temperature. Most 'warm white/golden yellow' Led bulbs you get in the market tend to have 3000k color temp which basically edges with cool white light with only a slight yellow hint and they have an almost sunny feel to them, hurt the eyes and end up heating your room too. So Naturally i was delighted to find these on amazon. Cozy and true golden glow light to relax or lounge around the house especially now during winters. Will definitely buy more once the older bulbs burn out!
