Arrived disheveled from shipping. This is the type of product I'd expect to be in a box (that's why hat boxes were invented many years ago), so I wasn't a fan of the packaging. Quality is adequate, but the hat crown did not fully recover from being crushed during shipping, it still has dimpling that would take effort than it's worth to try to reform.That aside, from more than a few feet away it looks great, and it's fairly comfortable.Overall, I'm neither thrilled nor displeased.

I was worried about re Irving this hat because of all the bad reviews l, but I got the hat very fast, and it was exactly what I wanted. It does crease very easily. I wore it and It has a deep crease at the top, but its still wearable. The adjustable string is SUPER handy. I would definitely recommend this buy.
