I honestly ordered this for when I need extra seating in my reading book at school. My students love it and fight over it. It stores nicely.

I researched the product and the one pictured is a deluxe model, so I thought this was a SUPER buy on Amazon. What came is the regular model - the "carrying handle" hole is not in the back of the seat as in the picture, but it was still a fair price. (Find detailed product comparisons at picnicgear.com.) The deluxe model has the handle hole right in the seat and the back folds over flat, making it smaller/easier to carry. I was disappointed until I saw that the deluxe model only has 5 seat positions; this one has 6, and they are comfortable. I'd rather have more support options v. ease in carrying the thing and a pocket. I paid for guaranteed 2-day shipping, but it didn't make it in time. Amazon customer service was very helpful in working with the shipper, and Amazon refunded the premium shipping cost without any hassle. This little seat was much sturdier than what I bought locally when it didn't arrive on time; no squeaky, slipping straps. Haven't tried the Oniva on a bleacher yet, but it worked great in the bunk in the RV. I'll be able to sit comfortably and read at night, and then just set it against the wall when I'm done.

This chair is almost everything I hoped it would be. I was looking for a seat to make attending my childrens' sporting events more enjoyable. I'm on bleachers 4 times a week. I have tried other chairs, and after awhile they are just about as uncomfortable as the bleachers. The adjustable back position on this chair is what sets it apart from others. The only drawback (which is at the same time an asset) is that the base of this seat is wide. I am a small person, but this chair would be comfortable for people of any size, as there are no arms on the chair so your "rear end" space isn't limited by the width of the chair. It takes up a little more space on the bleachers, and is slightly awkward to carry, but it is extremely lightweight and you hardly notice the weight of it on your shoulder. If it's windy, it might be somewhat like carrying a sail, but I haven't experienced it in the wind yet.

As a sports photographer, this back-supported seat is perfect when I sit on the gym floor taking photos of basketball, volleyball, and sitting out in the outdoors waiting for birds and wildlife. I chose the color black. Comfortable, adjustable back for leaning, and easy to transport wherever I go. For me, it's a must-have! Highly recommended.

If you have back problems, like I do, you'll appreciate this seat: the back is high enough & rigid enough to provide real back support. It's sturdy enough to use sitting on the floor w a little one on your lap. Good for reading to kids, also for playing w water pools/toys outside: keeps you at toddler height without back- breaking bending. Also comfortable floor seating for watching TV. Wouldn't want to carry it far, but it's light enough for use around the house/yard. Note that the seat is quite wide, so it could probably accommodate heavier weights. Btw, I 1st saw this in a store, which only stocked it in red & black. The lime green is so much nicer, very bright & cheerful. I've used it now for several months & it's held up. Seems durable.

Great chair, a little awkward to carry and Haul around. But it is comfy

I looooooove it! The quality is great. It’s very comfortable and secure. Perfect for the beach or anywhere you want a back rest. I love sitting on the ground but it’s less comfortable now that I’m not a child anymore and this is the perfect answer. I’m buying a second one before next summer.

I am very happy with my portable reclining bleacher seat. It's very comfortable, and easily carried with shoulder strap. I would recommend this item. I bought 4, and gave 2 away as gifts. The recipients were very happy with them too!

I bought this initially to make playing on the floor with my baby easier. It’s exactly as described and works very well. And I can say it’s gotten lots of use over the last few years and my kids love to steal it. only complaint is that the cover is a bit tricky to remove to wash it.

My wife loves using this at playgroup and even around the house when wanting to sit on the ground!
