Broan S97015157 Blower

Plug and play at it's finest! Was very easy to replace a failed exhaust fan in bathroom.

Broan said mine was discontinued but took a chance because it looked the same as my original unit. It arrived quickly and although the light bracket was bent I managed to straighten that out. In less than 5 minutes I managed to swap it out and works great. It is a bit pricey, but better than having to climb in the attic. It moves way more air and runs so much smoother and quieter than the one I had. This was a good buy.

Quick & easy removal of old and installation of new.The original fan was very noisy, as bearings were going bad.Wanted to replace, but thought I would have to replace the whole vent box assembly from attic (crawling in small space, under blown insulation, on rafter beams).This replacement part fits like original and is very quiet!VERY Pleased!

We could purchase a new Braun bath fan for less than this replacement. We did not need all the bath fan housing so I ordered this.And it works great and is quiet. The old one would get so noisy and off balance. The new one is great.

Perfect fit - easy to install. Replaced Broan 676.

Simply clear the front two tabs and slip the old one out and put this new one in - this is a simple level 1 DIY project. I was concerned for over a year that I would have to completely replace the old one but search the model number on Google and this OEM replacement came up. I have been using it over 6 weeks and it still works perfectly. We can have hot showers and come out with no condensation on the mirrors. I moves the air really well. As part of the replacement I did use furnance tape on around the inside of the box to cover any holes to ensure I was only pulling air from the bathroom to ensure much more efficient operation. Cost was not attractive but compared to a full replacement it was worth it.

This fan fits perfectly and is easy to install. I have been using it for a few months and it is quieter than the original fan and seems to move more air. The shipping was fast and the packaging secure.

Thanks to a previous review, I took a chance and ordered this blower to replace a super noisy (defective) old DX90 part in one of my bathrooms. I believe this thing should cost half as much as the $157 CAN (all in) that I paid but there didn't seem to be any other options out there. After all the slightly smaller EC60KIT can be obtained for less that $60. This part worked great, the old part pulled out, this one snaps in...done, so at least it's easy. A bit louder that I thought it would be but way better than the old builder supplied one I replaced.

Removing the original motor fan was difficult because I didn’t know how to. But once I found the clips to remove the old fan, installing the new motor fan was easy to install. It is very quiet and works like new.

Couldn’t find the model number on our original this replacement works great!
