Dr. Oetker American Peppermint Extract, 35ml

This product is very good. Strong smell but does the job. I used it to make mint chocolate cupcakes and buttercream.

Since I will only need drops of essence in my peppermint bark this Christmas, the size and concentration of this product suited me well.

Judging by the other reviews, I must have been sent a rogue bottle because mine hardly smells of mint at all and has virtually no taste even direct from the bottle.

I originally got these from asda as a means of ridding the shed of wasps (as thet hate the smell, as do ants) but they've since stopped selling it 😕Saw them on amazon but pricey under pantry! Half a hour of hunting I managed to find them with prime delivery at around £2 each which is what the shops charge. Both bottles arrived few days later and upon opening the box looked the same as the empty bottle I had. The smell though was totally different 😕Gone was the sweet smell and this stuff smelt strong chemical almost mint, a warm oil smell. Made me a little queasy 🤢Great for keeping pests at bay but I wouldn't use it for cooking!

All good great flavour made choc mint ice cream was delicious .

Comes in plastic bottle. Good flavour but had to use quite a lot in mint/chocolate Keto brownies. Would buy again.

It’s the purest that you can get without any preservative. The packaging was top notch.

It’s hard to find authentic peppermint extract in India. This is delicious.
