Fantastic meal with lots of flavours, would be 5 star if they gave a water fill line so you knew how much water to put in. Easy to over or undergrill!!

The media could not be loaded.  Perfect for wild camping and trekking, a lot more filling than your average dehydrated meal with a lot more energy , so great for keeping you full and fueled up when out hiking and camping, taste's great too.You expend a lot of energy when out hiking so it's important to keep your energy levels up , these expedition foods 1000 calorie meals are perfect for the outdoors, a quick and easy meal packed full of energy and protein.The meal is really quick and easy to prepare, just follow the instructions on the packet , add boiling water and wait a few minutes then tuck in.

By far the best tasting of the expedition range, a little bit of heat and a decent flavour.

Some of the Expedition Foods packs are frankly weird/inedible (I'm thinking beef stroganoff). This one is truly excellent. Mac & Cheese another great one.

These are tasty, filling and easy to re-hydrate. bought 8 for an upcoming trip. The big 1000K meals get split and turned into 2 normal meals.
