Good if you have tools
The training wheel's stability brackets did not fit any 20 inch bike that I had. We have three different mfgs and the frames were too large. No big deal for me since I have a grinder, but anyone without tools, this will be an issue. Once installed, it's very sturdy and my boy was off riding.

Definitely measure your bike's frame.
I did not measure my bike's frame tube before getting this. Big mistake because they turned out to be a bit too fat for these. But these are super sturdy compared to the previous training wheels I have. There is another version of this for wider frame tubes so you might want to look into that one if your bike is like mine.

Sturdy well made
These wheels are very study and they're well made.My grand daughter, who was a little squeamish with the ones that came on her bike, had no trouble riding her bike with these. The only issue we had was they are thick, so we had to adjust the axel a bit to fit them on the bolt. But she took off right away and she hasn't stopped since! Well...maybe just to eat and sleep!

Stop messing around with cheap junk and get these.
After messing around with a cheap set that wouldn’t stay in position and bent when my 4-year-old daughter rolled back into a curb we got these. These are the training wheels you probably had on your bike when you were a kid—the box says copyright 1981. If you still have your old set I’m sure they still work just fine and you can just move them over to your kid’s bike. If not, get a new pair.Pros: heavy-duty steel legs. Horizontal stabilizing brackets that don’t slip. Steel wheels with steel bearings. Made in the USA. The smile on my little girl’s face when she gets to ride instead of having to deal with broken training wheels.Cons: None (according to me). According to my daughter they would be better if they were pink. I told her I’d get some paint.Buy these and let your kid enjoy their bike.

Very sturdy on my tall heavier child
No problem with bending or anything so far for my almost 8 year old girl. Seems very sturdy with the stabilizing bars.

Skip the junk qnd buy these quality Training Wheels!)
These training wheels are sturdy and do not bend. My daughter is almost 8 and on a 20" bike. My husband installed them so they don't touch the ground when she is completely balanced so that she can work on not needing them. She's been doing great and her balance is getting stronger. They help give her confidence. These training wheels are well made. Skip the junk and buy these.

Perfect training wheels
These are so awesome! The training wheels that came on my daughter's bike kept needing constant adjustment, so I decided to try these instead. These are the real deal. They stay in place, are easy to install, and work really well. If you need training wheels, forget about the other brands and just buy these! You won't regret it!

Really thick brackets.
The support folks at Schwinn told me to get these to fit my 20” Koen boys bike. They were too thick and would not fit. The thickness of the support brackets is something that could be on a car. I had to use a metal grinder to shave down the brackets so they would fit. Once I did, they worked great.
